RETC has become so unpredictable that you can't even gauge any upward move anymore. Selling + Dilution is excruciatingly crazy.

Surprised that it gapped up on the trad LOC news that day, and now its not doing anything on any news. The stock just whistles past the graveyard on news.

I told you that the dilution has not subsided yet. I'm blown away from the fact that the CDs are distributed among multiple MMs, ALPS and MAXM.

Notice that they disappear for a day or two and then return. That means they are playing hide and seek just to give the impression that dilution is over and then reappear again.

Now it makes me think that he is not issuing any cds to a third party but rather selling the shares himself. Which means we will never know and the dilution will never stop.
