At this point I dont think I would want distribution or dividend, for tax purposes. Not sure how that would be taxed. If we are bought or we sell the stock most of us who have held the stock for a year plus would only pay capital gains tax of 15%. Not sure about dividends/distributions. I will check and get back to the board. Or if anyone know the answer please advise us. Thanks
