Well common sense should tell you that most of the dilution is related to day to day operations. They have no other means of revenue at present, so what else are they suppose to do but to sell shares? Money from Abbott is close, even if we had to wait until December '07! I'm willing to wager that we will get some significant upfront monies from other licensees in '07 as well. A small portion of that ten percent seemed to be used to get the word out about the company.
Massive dilution? What the hell are you talking about? There is only 40 mil shares outstanding! That looks very good for any corporation trading on Wall Street. I think management is doing an excellent job keeping operating expenses down.

If you really thought this company was of such low caliber, you definitely wouldn't be following it so closely, researching, posting up to 15 posts a day, ecetra ... . What person in their right mind would dedicate so much to following such a company. You're weird enough for doing it, not owning any shares, especially since you referenced before, you have no intention to purchase any! It appears that a third person hired Lebed, not Biocurex directly, so get off that tired horse.
I am of the opinion that you have a great interest in purchasing this stock and see the value and potential of it. You are watching and being very prudent / opportunistic with your investment strategies, which include highlighting points that may be perceived as negative.
The management is not as bad as you claim. The accomplishment that they have made by faaaar out shine their miscues. You are a bottom dwelling investor, IMO, and all of the inferences that go along with that label applies
