Tom Methias posted on Twitter today a pr from ICO saying they were trying to take back their licensing rights. Not sure what Tom Methias interest in this stock is, he has been posting negative things about Immune for quite a while. Bottom line though is ICO has no money either and no staff. They will no doubt cooperate with Immune to transfer the license to a new owner so they can benefit from future development. That is what everyone wants to see. They have to file a legal claim to protect their interests but that doesn't mean they want it back and start over again.
