Do you think the CEO can still buys 40M Warrants @ .0035?

On December 15, 2018, the Company’s Board of Directors lowered the strike price
on the outstanding 40,000,000 Warrants previouly issued to Glenn Laken to $0.0035 and extended the
duration of the exercise date for an additional 5 years.
