Here I stand to say that Ch-11 is reorg and some pay back, soon to be converted to Ch-7 to stop all of the Origination's that lost monies from filing, including the USA Government!

Why would any body try to drive the Stock price up, when in the end the pay out will be the same even if, the price is higher or lower.

If the stock price is a penny or $1 you will receive the same regardless on a pay out.

Ch-7 will clear the deck for you and the Bank.
