CYDY stock is obviously undervalued. It is owned and supported by retail investors/shareholders who are growing restless to say the least and reluctant to invest additional capital. I know I have enough shares.

In order to change the situation, institutional buyers are needed. The way to get them is to uplist. Assuming there is a compelling clinical/medical development to present to institutional investors, here is how I would do it:

1. Engage a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Investment Firm. Given the current intense competition for engagements, the timing is right to secure a good firm.

2. Once the engagement is signed, do a RS and uplist so that institutions can invest in the company. The role of the investment firm is to support the stock price, which it should be able to do, given the clinical results and much larger pool of investment capital now available to own the stock.

3. Secure new capital to execute the business plan which would be raised at a much higher SP.

The above is not fanciful, CYDY is a very attractive engagement for mid-market or even top tier firm. It just has to get done.
