It’s a share selling scam. Every person that owns shares should complain to the SEC. Welch has done what previous management did. Take huge salaries, tell lies, pump stock, file lawsuits. Welch made sure his husband ended up with millions of free trading shares. Mr Seeberger signed off on every deal. That alone should get him disbarred imo. There is no news or Welch would put it out to stroke his ego.
