The lawsuit is a gamble. You're welcome to think that Greenshift has a stronger case, but a lot of things can happen between now and a final ruling, such as Greenshift motions that the Appeals Court decides is not in compliance with the Rules of Evidence.

If Greenshift's lawyers make more mistakes like that, the ball game is over, Greenshift loses, all of the defendants win, and the stock prices for all of these stocks will show the appropriate results.

We all have been saying that the lawsuit is a Gamble. But it is the best gamble I've seen in years. I know what can happen if the Appeals Court decides is not in compliance with the Rules of Evidence, but the same goes for the defendants.

I expect them not to let it get that far. But I'm no Guru.

I'm not putting my money into GERS to bet on their normal income. Without the patent, it will be hard to make enough money. That's why I don't care about the lack of filings, or the lack of updates on their news page. The pages I need are brought by PACER and thanks to guys like Nobody12378, the Skunkshunter and Slashnuts I know what I need to know. The progress in the case.

I wish that the defendants had shared so much info, because I would really like to know whats in stake for them as their investor.
