Here’s the structure of the deal.


1) No stock was issued in the acquisition!

2) the shares exchanged were RECEIVED by ALUF and not ISSUED!

3) the shares are yet to be issued. They will be RESTRICTED and are the reason for the increase in authorized in October.

4) still no dilution as it has been stated if anyone cared to look!
