I do not believe the JV will create an exclusivity to the Technology. In fact, my previous communications with the TXTM representatives noted that there are 2 objectives they desire to achieve in any US agreement. 1. To exploit the technology themselves and create a final nutraceutical product for sale.
2. To create an entity that would take the extraction technology to the global US and World market via licensing deals. This is where the real $$$ is. Producing long term passive income off of the sales of other companies. Exactly like ACB will do for Envy. When this JV happens it will be more lucrative than getting the SA license IMO. With both catalyst this is a company that will be difficult to stop. Everyone may be tired of waiting but IMO this is going to be worth it. I and many others who have dug deep into their dd think ,this time, these 2 catalyst will occur and soon.
