If anyone is that naive to think that Doc built this conglomerate up over all these years, on the low-down just to roll out with a dispensary deal or two they are quite mistaken.

Once the market learns what the Circle has learned many months ago they will be eagerly jumping in at a PPS that none of us could even have fathomed last year.
