agreed now - once the challenge came in regarding Germany. No updates to shareholders, seemingly awol. That would have been an advantage that could have been parlayed. Instead, it's seemingly another failure unless they pull a rabbit out of a hat. At this stage I'd take anyone who wants to buy them even at discount prices, will hold a bit longer to see if Germany news materializes before logging my first real loss in the MJ space.
