Private payrolls surge, so far earnings are good enough, so with an hour to open it looks to be market up and TVIX down. SPY will set another new high today.
FOMC talk this afternoon so could still be a little uncertain until then. Expected that rates remain unchanged, but how they speak about rest of the year will have some influence.
SPY is now up 62+points since Dec low.
