Yup I checked out the annual reports for both 2017 and 2018 and the AS DECREASED by 750 mil from 1.25 bil to 500 mil and the OS DECREASED by 12,485,000 shares as well from 2017 to 2018 so the CEO is doing the right things to get attention and maximize shareholder value.

The float is very small at 51 mil with most of that locked up already.

NO NOTES OR DILUTION AS WELL!
