Shareholder Meeting


I do not plan on attending the May 2019 meeting. Only a small number of items on the agenda. I am looking forward to attending a future meeting with a larger agenda. Airfare to BWI is reasonable, but the hotels are a different item. Proxies are complete and have been returned.

Not sure of your definition of significant, but sounds like over 500k shares. smile.
