I already explained this to investors on here when I mentioned this was worth 0.00046 but going up to 50 cents per share. I know it sounds crazy but it's all true.

Anyway to explain why it's going down is simple. Please note that CDEL keeps popping up on the ask over and over and over again. I thought they were gone yesterday when I called out "Reversal Time", but they came back in the picture again. So rather than explaining it to you, how about you read this:

Basically volume is low, and CDEL knows they can undersell any ask so they get the sale first. CDEL then over bids the low bid so they get that sale first. This happens a lot when there is low volume.

It is possible there is also some minor dilution and should end soon.

When the volume becomes high on good news, hopefully MAY 15 - WHEN THE FIRST QUARTER REPORT IS DUE, CDEL WILL DISAPPEAR AND THIS WILL FLY until volume becomes low.
