Lots of info in that 10-K/A on equity interests
held by and owed to Insiders. It does not read like
the Common Stock is to be cancelled.


It also shows that - as of April 15, 2019 -
The Vanguard Group is the only Institution that holds
over 5 % of of WINMQ - 6.97 % - 2,999,054.


In Docket # 1 it shows there were 2 Institutions
- BlackRock and Vanguard - which held over 5 % of
WINMQ. We know that BlackRock sold out at
sometime after the last report on Feb 15, 2019.

No change in O/S as expected.
