So now the games really start! Posted by someone else on another board....

FYI, I just tried to place a buy order for CDCH online in one of my E*Trade accounts. The system would not allow it. I called an spoke with a representative and they said online trading for CDCH has been restricted due to volume and volatility issues. Any trades would require a call to a broker at 888-388-2900.

That’s a joke. We’ve had far more volume and volatility in the past. My guess is E*Trade may be a little short! My friends and I hold over 30 million shares of CDCH at E*Trade. We may be looking for a new firm to trade pink sheets. Anyone have any suggestions?


Because of the NSS on this and MDMN we must be getting close to the JV happening. Be prepared for all games, tricks etc... "due to volume and volatility issues" What a joke indeed, barely 200k traded so far today.

When a JV is signed those who are in the NSS positions are going to want to keep HIGH volume of buying from happening to keep them from being forced to cover their shorts. Taking the use of computer trades off line is just another tactic.

I have said before, I believe will see ups and downs before the JV is signed. Many games played by those who stand to lose big time due to a JV being signed.

IMHO this gives others some great buy opportunities!
