I think this turn of events, which at this time is true, is great for the company. It's getting rid of stale weight and opening the possibility for this company to turn the corner from a small company to the giant they wish to be. Just from stories/aura on this board there was some question to the character of LW. Additionally, from the interview with FV recently it is evident that he is not the best of speakers. True he did not do a bad job but he wasn't a "knock your socks off" kind of speaker, which is paramont for this position given the stage of this company. One in this position must be able to "WOW" people. With the staff that CYGX has been building over the last couple of years this is an oppertune time, due to events, to bring in fresh blood in the CFO position, in turn, energizing this company during such a key time. They are getting clients, building a facility, and positioning themselves to be a real player in an industry that will be huge. We can not afford to have anything but the best possible people in the appropriate postions proceeding into the future at this delicate time of company evolution.
