As soon as it was stated that there were over a half billion unauthorized shares in the float, a big red flag came up. The fact that legal action needs to take place to straighten out the share structure, a stop sign came up. Way too complicated. IVS made a mistake in handling PCLI, imo. Calling the supposed new CEO of PCLI will not solve the problem. Smart money realized how messy this is to become, and they are out. Good luck to those who remain. I enjoyed watching it go from .0001 to a high of .0037, during the run.
