Yep. But it's gonna take some serious growth to get out of this hole they are in. At 10b shares, every million dollar increase in value (above the current 1-2m valuation) will bring the share price up .0001. So when the numbers show a value of 3m, the share price should rise to .0003.

Right now any value in the sales is just offset by years of lies and failed endeavors. It will take big efforts and accomplishments on managements part to overcome that kind of distrust.
