I've been taking 15-30 mgs of gold caps per day since September. Last month I decided to give charlottes web a try. I took their extra strength caps, says 35mgs of hemp extract, not sure how much cbd there is. Continued this for a month and switched back to the gold.
I don't have any huge reason to take cbd except for stress and anxiety in which I definitely notice a difference. So I don't know if im the best test subject.
But I will say that I definitely felt less anxiety and stress while on the gold vs the cw. CW costs more as well, so i'll be sticking with the plusgold going forward.
