BIOAQ IS in bankruptcy. The parent Delaware Corporation IS in Bankruptcy in the US Bankruptcy Court, District of Delaware.

Case number 1:18-bk-11291

The common shares WILL be cancelled at the conclusion of the bankruptcy case. Anyone holding BIOAQ shares will lose everything.
