Appears Xi_Jinping told Sebastian_to piss off on_any more_handouts

I haven't seen one mention in the news that Pinera secured even a tiny Handout (wink wink Loan) from Xi Jinping on the "Looking for a Handout from China" April 2019 Tour.

I got a feeling old Xi Jinping has had it up to his eyebrows on lending money to grease-ball slimy Latins... it is going to be years before Xi can sit down again comfortably after the hemorrhoidal loss he is going to have to write off on his loan to Maduro in Venezuela. I think the president of China politely told Sebastian that China is all tapped out for 2019 & 2020 on loans/handouts and that he (Sebastian) is going to have to go home empty-handed this week and simply grow the Chilean economy the old fashioned way using free-enterprise and capitalism... and that is actually good for us (ie MSB SA).
