Ok. You had me at The Johan. The Johan is a vulture capitalist. And, his next move is quiet predictable. Many already know that or they should. So, it should come as no surprise what has been an eventuality since the day he had TMPS BOD axed and installed that other Johan to count the beans at TMPS. I'm thinking two years is enough time to know where all of the beans were spilt at TMPS. ;)-
