Folks it was a self imposed "dead-line". This is a pink stock and they did not and do not have to post any financials on November 15th. No SEC violation on this as there was not SEC imposed filing deadline!

On November 8 they were still confident. Guess they aren't that confident anymore.

I am out big time thank god I didn't turn on my friends and family like I was tempted to!
