I hope so too, as they already had one bite at the apple, and now they want to be free to do it again. At some point, the SEC should delist them and refuse to allow them to be traded on any US exchange. They are guilty of fraud IMO. Probably too radical a thought to be of any use, but it seems the SEC should pay attention to this type of repeat theft of investor's money.
