What is it ?

“Fat Finger Trade”.

They may have meant to type .0002 but typed .0003

While typing, people make typos. Such a typo while punching in buying or selling order is called a Fat Finger Trade.

While most of the Fat Finger Trades are harmless, but one by a big institution or some similar entity can trigger chain reaction that could lead to market meltdown, triggering circuit breaker and temporarily halting trading activity.

On 8 April 2018, Samsung Securities was about to pay a dividend to its employees who participated in the company stock ownership plan. Those employees were about to receive 1000 Korean won worth about US$1, but instead they all got 1000 shares. Those shares were worth about 112.6 trillion won, which is 30 times the market capitalization of the company.
