Peer To Peer Network (PTOP)

I'm a believer in PTOP, and am heavily invested. BUT for those here calling this a $1 or $2 stock, that's crazy. They have 3.7B shares outstanding, and after 45% to C2A shareholders that's 5.4B shares, and then another 15% to Think Latitude, that's 6.2B shares soon to be outstanding.

So, at $1 PER SHARE, that's a market cap (valuation) of $6.2 billion.

That's not even close to realistic.
