It isn't. Why would it barring any massive news? We are still probably at least a month or so out from financials. What catalyst do we have to reverse a 90% drop in price? Ehhhh, that would be something that says that we are making money. Welp, they are screwing that up big time because they can't even do their financials on time......yet again. This isn't the first time that this happened so it's infuriating that it is happening again after a dozen times that they said they had their financials under control. Quite shameful and so deceitful they have been.

Won't be a buyer till .21 area if that ever comes. Trade with 0 emotion. Only charts, financials, share structure with a non sociopathic CEO. Who cares about vision, education and all that nonsense. Charts and financials. Everything else is a distraction. With that being said buy MEDIF on the 34 day exponential moving average. It will dip down probably again to that MA like it has 4 other times. Watch for volume to confirm the bounce to the upside. There is your million dollar tip. Also watch for the last Agra dip before their investor tour in late June and scoop up 100k shares for peanuts.
