MSHA currently lists the "minesite" as ABANDONED ! Goto www.msha.gov and find link that says "•Get violation, accident and inspection data for any mine or contractor" on the next page in the box labeled MINE ID enter 2602708

Further research on the same page under "violations" will take you to another page with a very long list of unpaid safety violations listed as delinquent. Thousands in unpaid fines.
