Weird day for us at Dclt, increase a/s and a small reverse split....they have almost no debt and have been paying down what they do have with the positive cash flow they have....outside of some form of growth I can't think of a reason to issue shares....

Any thoughts on this?

I've never been involved with a stock doing a reverse split and an increase at the same time....can't help but think something is in the works....

Lastly the APS alert was under marijuana stocks for may and june
