Nice find Shatts. "Eleminating the middleman = Higher Net Margins" & I don't see it as a common way to do business in the furniture/manufacturing industry.

It's like some manufacturer buying their distribution company to sell directly to the resellers & channel across multiple countries. Distributors generally keep at least 3-5% margin for the transactions and that will add to the bottom line profits for VYST/ROTMANS.
