Yes, I've been thinking about that this whole time. Kind of wondering why you said that you sold your position here right when these guys just showed up.
I really wish this company wasn't likely to be that type of illegitimate company, but nothing I can control.
I invested in a terrible company with an okay product years ago called Kimberly Parry Organics.. And eventually they had a pump and dump and went down the drain from there.. The company was such a failure/scam that now they somehow are a Copper Mining Company.. a total fraud.

I think that I recall hearing of U-Vend around the same time as KPOC and a few other scam companies like 5-6 years ago.
