Companies will real prospects, especially in the 5g space, don't have trouble finding proper financing. Its on the shady companies that use court
ordered share repayment on debt that must be approved by a judge. Remember the original majority shareholder who started all this financing was Peabody who was convicted of securities fraud in CA. If Max was any different with all these great products why does he need to use toxic financing? Give me one good reason?
