So I've got some questions about this:

1. What does increasing the total shares from 200M to 490M and then doing a 5:1 reverse split accomplish in the big picture?

2. Which comes first, the split or the increase in total shares?

3. Does the split affect Timmy's 10K of Series B Preferred stock?

4. At the time the split is implemented, does the P/S get set at 5X to current price and then finds its own level again?
