In return the seller gets money to develop the property and reap the profits from said improved property. WITH a long term lease.
Seller then has money from the profits to develop the company and profit from it in the form of stock held in that company they govern.
Meaning, if I owned the 20 ac for sale, sell them to build out a truly unique resort for the LGBTQ community. The leveraged that into additional facilities in other receptive communities, thus increasing the value of the share price, I would profit from ownership of those shares.
I think that's the direction they are heading rather than just selling the property.
