In my view, KT doesn’t read these boards. He wasn’t aware of all the kerfuffle being made on this board about a quarantine. I doubt he ever saw it that way. We know from Ben that Prodigy employees controlled the process in the VSRC and the government only observed in an initial stage. So, they (KT, JR and Ben) didn’t think of it the way this board did.

I believe kim doesn't read any of the every day to day chatter on the IH kblb board, but I find it hard to believe he would pass up on the opportunity to get an idea of how his pr's went over.

Its just human nature.
