More Due Diligence... Simlatus/Proscere BioScience , and United Technologies LLC both are into Aeroponics PODS to grow
Marajuana plants and vegetable crops. Coincidence ?, I think not..

The latter in marijuana farm management as well. I believe 4 farms so far.

They both claim manufacturing abilities for these PODS through a manufacturing facilities.

These PODS are converted shipping containers 40 feet long and are Mobile
to move or ship around.

I bet the Commercial Cold Water Extraction Units are manufactured in these
40 foot containers as well, so they can be shipped around the world.

I believe there is MONEY behind all this. As we know Simlatus merged through a reverse merger.

This is what investors do when they want a public company much faster than the traditional way. They take over a company
that is already public.

EMA FINANCIAL out of New York City helped close the reverse merger dealing between SATEL and Simlatus.

I bet they are the money behind all this or one of the "equity investors" as noted in United Opportunities LLC website.
