Since the Comcast partnership, which began January 2019 per 8-k/a, there has been another 8-k/a clarifying that VIVA will receive $0.50 per month for a minimum of 100,000 of Tingo Mobile subscribers in exchange for VIVA’s platform use.

With Tingo Mobile having a 2,500,000 million subscriber base, it could be interpreted that VIVA will receive $50,000-$1,250,000 per month from the Tingo Mobile partnership at some point in the future.

$0.50 per subscriber x 12 months = $6.
$6 x 100,000 subscribers = $600,000.
$600,000 / 44,785,342 shares = $0.0133972406 price per share.
$0.0133972406 price per share x multiple of 10 = $0.133972406 price per 100,000 subscribers.
First 100,000 guaranteed, but Tingo serves 2,500,000.
2,500,000 / 100,000 = 25.
25 x $0.133972406 ~ $3.3453.
So, potential for $3.3453 price per share on just the Tingo deal.

Is Tingo Mobile a Comcast testing process for something on a much larger scale?
Is Comcast considering to use VIVA’s platform for their own IPTV service?
According to Statista.com, Comcast has a subscriber base of around 21,990,000 for Q4, 2018.

In my opinion, these partnerships show that VIVA is expanding on a global scale with the help of Comcast and that will continue to solidify their presence in the international market. We might be seeing the beginning of a period of exponential and parabolic growth, all in my honest opinion of course.
