BioVie Prepping For Nasdaq?

This morning BioVie (BIVI) filed a Pre14-C with the SEC. What this basically implies is an intent to list shares of BIVI on a major exchange; most likely the Nasdaq Capital Market.

With this filing, BioVie is tipping their hand to the market. The Company fully intends to uplist onto a national exchange. In order to do so, they need to raise some money, so we can expect this. However, at Tailwinds, we are not worried about dilution. Instead, we think the Company is extremely undervalued and any possible transaction will just position them for an eventual takeout. We remain long BIVI and more excited than ever about the potential here.
