It's $400K not $200K and I have never called it anything other than what it is ie: a couple of initial $200K X 2 teaser tranches of friendly private placement financing directly on the heels of months of 3rd party toxic noteholder dilution that's just been completely eliminated and removed from VYST's ever-evolving/emerging growth driving equation!

And yesssssssss of course VYST not releasing any news for 53 days and counting could mean anything...but the point I was making was simple, if VYST was just like the over-whelming majority of its OTC peers, then it would still be drowning in toxic 3rd party noteholder dilution and perpetual R&D...2 things VYST is no longer stuck in as last quarters soft launch of the Vytex CLOUD bed-in-a-box and associated bedding products launched across multiple mainstream retailers clearly reflects.

And since the over-whelming majority of dilutive turd OTC plays stuck in perpetual R&D phases can never attract let alone receive any friendly private placement financing period, let alone ever completely eliminate all 3rd party toxic noteholder dilution...it's a great sign that VYST has in fact eliminated all 3rd party noteholders and hasn't had to pump out news every week over the past 7+ weeks like the over-whelming majority of their dilutive OTC market peers would've been doing when they're drowing in 3rd party toxic noteholders and stuck in their perpetual R&D phases.

It's also never laughable when any funders invest in a PubCo and are willing to do so for Restricted 144 shares only, as it proves that those said funders believe in the future worth of said shares, otherwise they wouldn't purchase Restricted 144 shares in the 1st place, let alone would they be willing to pay a premium strike price for them.
