RGDXQ is currently the Cheapest "Q" Clean Shell in terms of its MV! Based on my own purchasing experience here one has to either raise the bid to close the spread or buy at the ask in order to steal some Hard-To-Get shares because the float is Super Tiny (27M shares) and the majority of them are held very tightly by those strong hands or long-term investors!

Look at its CH7-"Q" peer (XNNHQ): just a few months ago it was trading at the same price levels with RGDXQ. But most recently it soared to 0.041 from 0.0003! With strong slapping actions like XNNHQ had this hidden gem can quickly surge to 0.0278 (to match the same market value with XNNHQ)! In fact RGDXQ did hit 0.024 recently from as low as 0.0002!
