So what happens if the share price hits 40 cents? Does Thanos get all the infinity stones and wipe out half of Earth's population? Does cydy go bankrupt and lose all rights to leronlimab? Does the FDA automatically reject CYDYs submission and say yeah, you have a great product that can help alot of people, with manufacturer lined up and all the boxes ticked but your share price hit 40 cents...oh, and your CEO didn't release a PR as frequently as shareholders wanted. Application denied!! 40 cents is nothing more than a psychological line in the sand some people have drawn. It that's your stop loss that's fine. Price changes, fundamentals of what company has (so far) has not.
