Obviously, all offering prices are in Canadian dollars. So, converting them to USD we can see: participants' base price for FFMGF share will be about .197 and if the share price goes above 0.292 in 3 years, and warrants are exercised, the base price is falling to 0.132. I am using current CAD to USD conversion at .726 I have in my portfolio some shares bought at 0.15s. So, this doesn't sound too bad. Although, it explains why insiders didn't buy any shares recently.
