What a complete load of disingenuous twaddle. The company was insolvent under Montano’s management and Wallen provided the funding to keep the lights on. And pay the bills ever since. There has been ongoing fund raising in recent times as this company is right-sized or right-shaped for whatever is ahead.

Do I need to post the summary record of the action taken by CVBT against friends of Montano. I’d suggest he focuses his efforts there and try stay out of jail himself that continue his petty vendetta against an enemy with more smarts and more $$$s. But then again, some people never learn.
