Your explanation is clear, this is not correct at all what is going on. They know verywel the not so good rules of the pinksheetmarket and they use them very bad. Thank you DewmBoom.

There is always a good reason why a company is good or bad, look at the chart for years and you know what is going wrong. The chart never lies!
