It may mean some shares of Hempistry for us when it goes public.

Look at the connections:

* John Vu CEO of Hempistsy

* Jimmy Chan is cofounder of Hempistry Holdings. chairman, adviser and shareholder of Hempistry Inc

*Suagarmade invest $1,000.000 in Hempistry

I believe all that is left to close out these acquisitions is money. It's all done on paper. That's why Jimmy has been putting out these pr news wires and signing the micropropagation supply deliveries for Hempistry. It was to get the share price up. But now with K&J Investments and it's connection to CEO John Vu of Hempistry its all about to be done. I think Hempistry is going to go public. The only question I have is how and when. No matter what it will benefit Sugarmade in some way.
