I'm not saying that shares are being sold. What I am saying is that I think ZMRK is independent of Aeropon and Robert is smart enough to gain immediate revenues for ZMRK by selling its equipment to Aeropon and Cannimed to jumpstart ZMRK and because he has control over ZMRK and a relationship with Aeropon as he is helping get them listed. My guess is that Robert wants to own a piece of the entire supply chain and this model will allow him to do so.

That's my gut feeling from reading the PR and following Robert on LI. It would also explain the management team from Hanergy as they would be selling the thin solar film to these cannabis companies.
